Lazatin distributes 50k food packs to 33 barangays

The Angeles City Government, under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo 'Pogi' Lazatin, Jr. distributes food packs to 50,000 indigent families from April 1 to 2, 2020 in the city’s 33 barangays.

The City Government simultaneously distribute 50,000 food packs to 50,000 households in the City, which represent the poorest of the poor.

Solo parents to get cash assistance

ANGELES CITY – Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. has earmarked P5 million financial assistance to solo parents here.

P5M earmarked for PWDs

ANGELES CITY – Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. has allocated P5 million financial assistance to some 5,000 persons with disabilities (PWDs) here.

Lazatin said each PWD will receive P1,000 cash assistance apart from the P200 billion cash assistance that will be provided to them under the national government’s P200 billion Social Amelioration Program (SAP).

1,800 senior citizens to get P1K cash assistance

ANGELES CITY – Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. has earmarked P1.8 million financial assistance to 1,800 to poorest of the poor senior citizens here.

Each senior citizen will receive P1,000 cash assistance, according to Lazatin, apart from the cash assistance that will be provided to them under the national government’s P200 billion Social Amelioration Program (SAP) that is currently underway.

Lazatin earmarks P15M aid for tricycle, jeepney drivers

ANGELES CITY – Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. has earmarked P15 million financial assistance to displaced tricycle and jeepney drivers here set to be distributed next week.

Lazatin said each driver will receive P1,000 financial assistance. There are currently 12,000 tricycle drivers under the Federation of Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (FEDTODA); and 3,000 jeepney drivers-members of PASADA.
