ANGELES CITY – The Angeles City Tourist Auxiliary (ACTA) nabbed an unidentified snatcher at the red light district of Fields Avenue on Tuesday morning.
The said snatcher took the cellphone of a Korean visitor but was arrested by responding ACTA personnel.
