Pil-Chi Telecoms, Inc. will be in partnership with local provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

The full computerization of the City Government revenue offices was also certified as ISO 9001:2000 in 2002, the first LGU outside Metro Manila to receive the certification.
Pil-Chi vowed to finish the installation of satellite by the first week of October before the classes starts.
Lazatin allocated a total of P161 Million for the tablets of 48,000 public school students and P15 million for the tablet of CCA students.
