Angeles City Economic Development Investment and Promotions Officer-in-Charge Irish Bonus-Llego on March 28, 2023 conducts a meeting with local coffee farmers at Kapebaluan to further discuss this year’s harvest and projection for next year.
Bonus-Llego, upon the instructions of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., also informed the city’s farmers about the aim of Lazatin in assisting them in doubling their coffee harvest. 
Among the farmers who sat down with Bonus-Llego are members of the Indigenous Peoples including Nelia David, Lita Salvador, Vilma David, Rosita Canduli, Minda Pan, and William Ponce. They are from Barangay Sapangbato whose coffee varieties in farming is Robusta, while Fidel Carbungco and Regina Carbungco, both farmers,  focus on the Barako variety. 
The city-run Cafe Kapebaluan which is being managed by ACEDIPO, under the supervision of Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, is located at the City Library in Barangay Sto. Rosario and the newest fave hangout of Angeleños. 
It was established solely to assist coffee farmers in their livelihood and introduce Angeles City’s own coffee. 
Also joining Bonus-Llego during the meeting are City Agriculture Office staff Joana Javier and Almario Dalusung.
