ANGELES CITY — The candidates of Mutya Ning Angeles 2024 participated in a tree planting activity at the Angeles City Watershed in Barangay Sapangbato today, Nov. 15, 2024.
This initiative aligns with the MNA’s commitment to support the city’s reforestation efforts, in line with Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr.'s environmental programs.
Mayor Lazatin commended the candidates for their active role in promoting the protection and preservation of the watershed.
Among the candidates present who joined the tree planting are Katrina Paula W. Miranda (Lourdes Sur); Maria Aebhelle M. Sunga (Cutcut); Angel Joy N. Subalisid (Mining); Althea M. Gonzales (Sta. Teresita); Irish Mae David Manansala (Balibago); Jamila Colleen V. Rael (Tabun); Julie Ann P. Calaguas (Sta. Trinidad); Hanna Mae Lorega (Sto. Cristo); Arielle Maritoni Dizon Cabatana (San Jose); and Allyson Arceo Hetland (Pandan).
Accompanying the candidates was the Angeles City Tourism Office led by Anneleen Antonio-Sugui, Angeles City Economic Development Investment and Promotions Office Head, Irish Bonus-Llego, along with her team.
The pageant, co-presented by Beautéderm Corporation, will hold its grand coronation night on November 28, 2024, at the Grand Palazzo Royale.
The MNA working committee, led by Chairpersons Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel and Chief Adviser IC Calaguas, also expressed their gratitude to Bhar’z Kitchen Catering Services, the food sponsor for the event, for their continued support and generosity.
