ANGELES CITY — Thirty one families and five registered business establishments affected by the fire in Barangay San Nicolas received their P10,000 assistance each from the city government on October 15, four days after Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. ordered the Local Finance Committee for its immediate release.
