AC Council to probe billing scheme of Converge

Vice Mayor Vicky Vega said the Angeles City Council will investigate the new billing scheme of Converge during the Legislative Inquiry scheduled on Tuesday, July 30, 2019.

Vega said the inquiry will be made amid mounting complaints against the Internet and cable provider Converge. The inquiry at the Legislative Building of the Angeles City Hall will start at 2pm.

Vega said the residents of Angeles City had been complaining about the increase in subscription fee being charged by Converge. New applicants are also told they cannot apply for cable TV connection in the next six months due to systems improvement. --Press Release
